FYI
I'm a strategy and operations leader in New York. I turn fuzzy questions into plans people actually follow, then make sure they happen.
I'm a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations for Glassdoor, which fully joined Indeed in August 2025. I work where strategy meets execution: five-year planning, business-model innovation, mobile app strategy, and a new team focused on top-of-funnel consumer growth.

I've spent 10+ years at tech marketplaces: Indeed, Meetup, OpenTable and Glassdoor, with a stretch at Accenture in between. Most of that time went to international strategy and go-to-market, taking products into new countries and figuring out what has to change when they get there.
I started out in research and policy, at CEB (now Gartner) and the U.S. Embassy in Ecuador, and spent a Fulbright year in Recife, Brazil. I speak four languages.

Owned new-market expansion and international strategy across Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Mexico and Australia, and built the company's first competitive-intelligence function.
Ran the Brazil P&L and market strategy through hypergrowth, and founded the Monthly Business Review that kept senior leaders aligned on growth across key markets.
